Cherrington Mk2. How many of these blokes can we afford to carry?

He never looked the quickest from what I'v seen of him......and I can't imagine a knee reco will help in that regard.

I'm curious HH, when have you seen him show any speed? He's looked particularly slow off the mark & in defense, he's a big boy & I'm sure when he's on the fly he'd be quick enough, but he seems to me to be T-Rex like when getting going. IMO Loiner is quite correct to say that a knee reco won't help his speed, especialy from a standstill. I wish him all the best & would love to see him fulfil his potential, long road back though for the young fella!

Looks like best case scenario is he'll be out for at least midway through the season

            Glenn Jackson ‏@Glenn__Jackson

Roosters' Tautau Moga almost certain to be out until mid-2013 after suffering ACL damage yesterday at training. Will need reconstruction.

What a shame. Was looking forward to see what he could do with decent service from Maloney next season. I'd say Henry or 'tubular bells' will be taking his spot until he returns. Fingers crossed its not too bad.
                Is that the full story,
                or is your news limited?

                  Mini
                  Rts
                  Skd
                  Lielua
                  Topou/oldfield

I think thats still pretty lethal but lielua has to be consistent because on his day his unstoppable

Something's never really felt right about Moga to me. I can't see this helping things. Hope he can turn it around though.

Leilua needs to step up this year.

Mini is the polar opposite of lethal

RTS could be lethal but will be wasted on the wing

SKD is not lethal, except for his hands and even then only lethal for his teamates and roosters supporters

                        BJ has done nothing lethal

Oldfield is a cast off from another club, and is not lethal

Tupou though has the potential to be lethal

Fark me, why is it our young guns get injured (Cordner, Cherro, Moga) but our useless hacks (Mini) don't?

Seriously has one of you run over a chinaman?

                          Chook.

if it is confirmed that he has done an ACL which seems likely given his knee buckled without contact, there is no way he will play in 2013, there are some major complications when doing a reconstruction on someone so young, when the growth plates in the body haven't fully developed there are dangers the reconstruction graft won't hold properly.

fingers crossed for TauTau, but he has a very long road back to play first grade in 2014.

I remember when we played the Eels late last season he got smoked by Luke Burt and made a similar comment, i was under the impression that he was faster than that considering Burtie was a few games from retirement.
