Kegs, I get your point but did ANY of those players or coaches leave the game in the middle of the night on a plane bound for yawnoin in the south of France? By your logic, if loyalty does not matter, we should all be Storm fans right? They won last year didnt they??? Are you a loyal fan?

also, funnily enough, in mid 2006, when i was 10 or so years old, i said i wanted to become a storm supporter after the roosters really started struggling, post fitler.
alas, i never stuck to my word, as giving up on being a roosters supporter is borderline insanity.

no, but think about this.
imagine youre 13 years old. you want to go out partying with your mates. you want to drink, you want to smoke, you want to have a good time right? however your parents wont let you. they say you have to wait until youre 18 before you can go drinking and smoking. until then, you can go on playdates during the day.
continuing with this scenario, would you sneak out in the middle of the night to be with your mates, enjoying yourself, doing what you want to do, or would you sit at home for the next five years, counting down the days until youre 18?

Thats actually a good one because I never went out drinking, smoking and partying with other kids when I was 13. I respected what my parents asked and they respected my wishes in return. I never snuck out anywhere in the middle of the night! Sorry to disappoint dude!

Hoz, Im having a brilliant day and it will only get better as well. Im about to go for a ride, then off to the bowling alley to smash a pinball machine. No snowboarding today though. Did that yesterday so will go again tomorrow so as you can tell, not bad at all really!

I think you need to rethink your idea of respect Hoz. Agreeing and respecting are two different things in my book. But thats my view. I will accept that he aplogised to an extent in 2009 but he obviously still does not believe his actions were wrong so his apology, reported in a paper you and others constantly rip apart as reporting untruths, cannot be accepted by me. It reminds me of when steve waugh "caught" brian lara and video replays cleary showed it was not out. waughs defence was "in my mind it was a catch and thats it". I did not like him at all after that but you move on cos in the end, you cannot change the past.

Steve waugh once "caught" brian lara, after some debate lara was given out. later when proven that waugh did not catch him his response was " in my mind it was a catch and thats all that matters" it shat me to tears but all i cld do was watch him play on defending his avg, and i only got closure once he retired.

You have freedom in Aus because people stood up for what they believed in. They were loyal to their country and each other. SBWalkout has shown in the past to be completely the opposite sort of human being.
