I did not know that. Thanks for the info. I too reckon thats an awesome policy. Apparently the concept is lost on many fans here these days. They say thay are happy to forget or forgive his past actions for the sake of helping us to a title. How is all that possible with the sideshow going on atm? How is a guy who is supposed to be boxing just 2 weeks out from the season going to be at his best for the start of the league season? The risk of injuries to half committed players during their time in other sports is too great and can backfire on them way too easily. We just dodged a bullet with SBWalkout as it is and realistically we dont know how its going to hold up throughout the year anyway.

I'm with you Filthy and totally understand where you're coming from. I

've resigned myself to the fact that I'll have to suffer him at the Roosters for at least one season, but I will always be opposed to him being at the club. Pixie claps from me will be the most I can offer the bloke, and that's begrudgingly.

It's the different opinions and views that make life the interesting place that it is. Bloody boring if we were all the same.

exactly, and we saw what they made poor sonny do by makinh him apologise 30 times and pay 750k compensation. sonny has opened a door to show players how to correctly go about making more money for themselves, see out your current contract, then sign yearly ones for the rest of their career.

Sbw truely is a visionary, and was a lamb to the slaughter for the bettering of the future of many players financial future. A selfless act and another sign he is maturing in his age. well done sbw.
