Yes they lost which proves your theory, but imagine if Hayne had a half decent side around him would have made a huge difference.

I like what I heard from Robbo re SBW, "if we wait for SBW we'll be in trouble, but if we build a good side and add SBW to that we'll get the best out of him".

    Chook.
Ah, but they were beaten by an illegally assembled rorting scummy club that day..

    I'm off to church now!

Prob because a reserve winger and a
Under performing 5/8 in 2012 would not have any effect on 1million dollar tv rights deal in nz or the first name on most peoples list when discussing rugby league. Lets not forget that the media is doing 90% of promoting sbw in everyones face not the chooks. Nobody knows how maloney and oldfield are being treated by the club. It would be pretty ignorant for players not to think that sbw exposure would be ten times that of most other players.

Why is everyone else being ignored for the sake of someone who is 1) injured 2) still may not play an entire proper season with us. Imagine being in a work place where only one employee gets praised and feted all the time and the rest of the workers are tirelessly going about their business and putting in a solid day's work for little or no recognition.

I look at it now the players have no excuses. The pressures off them, it's all on $BW. It will be similar on field, they will all be gunning for $BW, he will be marked very heavily.

If we don't take advantage of the situation and exploit it for what it really is worth, well we are inept.

$BW lives in a fishbowl. Everyone will be watching him. Pressure follows him, in fact he encourages it with his signing policy's and backing his ability as he does. We need to let the pressure build on him, he will more than likely handle it, he has handled everything so far.

And then we sell the dummy and everyone else has to step up. Everyone has to step up. Let $BW come off the bench and be the decoy for the first 1/2 of the season. Just him being there will divert everyone's attention. It's up to everyone else to really stand and deliver while all the attentions on $BW. The confidence built among everyone will be massive in the back end of the season if they do.

Cos it's then, if trying to stop $BW hasn't worked and we are winning games, $BW will be most dangerous. All of a sudden oppositions will be second guessing and as a team we will be able to really carve.

Thats how I'd try and play it to our advantage anyways. The spotlights on $BW, it will be no matter what we do, I reckon we use that to our advantage.

Outwardly it looks one way but I reckon the actual inner sanctum will be spending the off season using all this stuff as motivation and something we can use to our advantage this season.

That's what woManly and the Wankos and Boggs and Melbas would do.

I found it a rather revolting comment actually considering the bishop at my local church is one of the ones leading the charge to have these offenders locked up..
