You should keep it going mate if u leave the excercise it leaves you. All my mates are fat carnts now that were are all 44ish and I have seen them turn into slugs. Yeah, food seems to love me also. I dropped over 15kgs before the kidney op 2 years ago but then with the hip crap, put it all back on. Im more mobile now so Im actually enjoying the ride and it has repayed me in the form of almost 10kgs. I know what you mean about leaving it but in this place mate, weather plays a huge part in what you can and cannot do. I got caught out a few weeks ago... I was 25kms from home and the wind came up and made it an absolute bitch of a ride home. Todays not too bad as the wind is dying off a bit now but its also cold and wet. My 3 sons will receive the Chookster pack under the tree. it arrived last week. A lot better value than last years. the back pack is great. a water bottle would've been good too, but hey, its still better than last years pack. They will be stoked.
