What am I going to do with all these yearly members caps I have acquired. You look like a tight arse walking around in a previous years cap which is still in top condition which I have from 2006 onwards.
Maybe next time I go to Fiji or Vanuatu I will hand them out to the locals.
Other than the the members pack all the other Rooster merchandise I have has no sponsors on it, just Sydney Roosters.

As it goes, I know lots about the NFP nature of clubs. I've done the advertising and design for many clubs, inc. Dooleys out at Lidcombe, Brighton RSL and even the Roosters (back in 2003/4).
These clubs make a profit, but don't distribute profits - that's significant - as it means they don't exist to fill the pockets of disinterested shareholders.
Given there are no shareholders' dividends to act as the driver for growth (or raison d'être), you need to ask yourself 'what is the driver for growth'?
Well, it comes down to pride and passion for the club, it's members, the badge.
