So whats the difference between having co-captains as opposed to a captain and a vice captain?

Martin Kennedy being mentioned as a possible captain is laughable.
I dont care how much of a good bloke he is or how passionate he feels about the Roosters the guy is still not even up to being considered as a certain run on prop. If Tasi Moa or Evans show some early season aggro Kennedy could be playing for Newtown. Someone has to step up with JWH & intimidate opposition forwards & from what I have seen of Kennedy whether he has been injured or not is very little intimidation.

Going on the proviso that Pearce is signed up for another 3 years I would be looking to groom him but if Mini is fit & playing to a FG standard I think he should be captain for his last year with Pearce as vice captain. I dont go for co-captains, Robinson should be confident enough to pick 1 man for the job.

I think long term JWH Pearce Cordner or Symonds if he is playing regular FG footy are the best candidates.

Good call mate he def needs to pull his finger out and start running like a truck with no break.... I also like Aiden as a long term rooster and leader he has a lot of grunt and power.

Lucky it's only once a year SC. I still havn't slept yet, Im serious, it hasnt warn off yet. It was just Shelly & I at home doing the wild thing most of the night & today. Ive probably lost another kilo or 2.

We went to 2 partays not a bad night got a turkey in the oven today for the old mans BD he is 85 looks like he is going for the 100 not out and I think he will do it considering his grandfather hit 105 clean bowled and his dad 99 out caught behind.

i think it will be mini and kennedy or jwh? mini to do the tv and go off when required a fwd to then lead the team in the real stuff onfield? although i think they will dangle the cataincy to pearce to keep him after this year so maybe him and mini, pearce will be on for the full 80!
