Capt of the team.....don't be surprised if it's JWH!

If our club had any balls it would be JWH(C) and Cordner (VC).
We need to wait and see if we want to re-sign Pearce beyond next season. If he doesn't improve next season then giving him the captaincy would be a waste of time.Comment of the year:
Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,
"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

Would be my pick for Captain. I would like to see a strong VC with plenty of responsibility both on and off the field also. The likes of JWH or Kennedy. In this day and age, with all the media commitments, sponsor commitments, etc etc, a vocal VC would be a handy addition.

His discipline & leadership has greatly improved since 2010.
No fluke he was named the 2012 Player of the Year! Off the field he's a wonderful clubman too.
Up 'n up for the young enforcer i reckon.

He'll have time for another big contract down the track. The squad is looking stronger, and we have some young talent coming through.
