He is unpredictable to oppositions and hard to defend against.

A prominent and well paid player of ours on a long term contract who was on his final warning for bad attitude may or may not be back after the Xmas break.
This player failed to turn up to a team dinner at a recent team camp and he showed up 8 hours later than expected to a training session. This info comes from within the playing group.

How do they know he turned up 8 hours late?
Did they all stick around until he arrived?
