It looked like a tough session.

Pearce, Moga, Tasi and one other that I didn't recognise didn't take part in the hill sprints. They boxed in pairs.

Moga looked in good condition and has filled out. I'm not sure how serious his knee injury is but I did see him running a couple of weeks ago.

I didn't dee FPN but that isn't to say he wasn't there either.

Jason Taylor was running with players.

Someone mentioned recently that Friend had trimmed down. I have to agree.

The club said it was a reconstruction with Moga but like I was saying to others on here they come back better and quicker these days. For NFL fans you only have the look at Adrian Peterson who in less than a year came back and almost broke the rushing record.

Hopefully Moga can have a similar recovery.

Adrian Peterson is in another league compared to Moga when you factor in work ethic.

I would hate to say it but it would probably be wise to just let him sit the season, only playing 20s if capable. He is only young, no need to ruin his body.

I think that's why the club is hunting another centre.

you can still run after doing your acl. i saw in the news the other day, a dockers player did his knee, and tried to run it off. he couldnt but he ended up walking back to the sheds looking like there was nothing wrong. scans that afternoon showed he tore his acl

Does anyone know what type of graft Moga received for his reconstruction?
To be back running within 2 months is pretty impressive especially if it was the hamstring graft. Maybe this shows that his attitude has improved under Robinson. And I'd say all this talk about signing Jennings has pushed him to show that he can make it back before the season is out.

I am sure he only had a grade 2 tear, which repairs a lot quicker than a grade 3 full graft...

Why wouldn't Pearce have been running?

It's more having confidence in the knee than the injury itself, they'll keep it quiet but Mogadishu will be back sooner then expected
