The idea seems to be gathering momentum mate.

IMO it would work better than Bwaiff at lock. Maubs is designed to play the position, Bwaiff could be damaging on the edges without the pressure of being the main go to man.

    You know it makes sense.

the idea of anasta at centre is starting to grow on me at first. Initially i thought 5/8 or nothing but he carries too much importance for our side in terms of leadership and i think in the centres, defensively he would be useful and in attack, has the running game and skills to be dangerous. The only condition imo for anasta in the centres is that he finds himself with a speed merchant outside him. That is something we dont currently have so if we can go out and find ourselves a kemp, uate or gordon type player who would give us strike power and speed at a relatively reasonable price would be perfect as braith has the skills and strength to put a bloke with some toe away. With williamson inside mini on the other edge and pez at the back with pearce and carney in the halves that would be quite a dangerous backline with maubs to resume fitzys workload from the back of the scrum. Good balance imo and braith would also perfectly bridge the gap for young blair who will be a great first grader in a couple of years time

Also, what would facilitate braiths move to the centres and make it even more succesful imo is if he plays outside a wide running attacking backrower like symonds or i dare say a well coached sa so they can interchange to a certain extent and add potency in an attacking sense

          That's pretty much it Roz.
But I would prefer Mini at fullback. Pez just doesn't back-up and hit holes like Mini does. His defense isn't quite upto what we were used to with Mini either. Of course Mini does have to bulk up and learn how to catch again in the off-season.
Phil Graham continues to be linked to us. A flying machine who can't tackle but that is better than the slow donkey who can't tackle we have at the moment. Pez can take the other wing position.

                Agreed mate

A major player changing position at such a late stage in his career is laughable

Where does he go then IF Carney comes mate???

Do you believe he could play like a lock, workrate in defence etc???

Weve had the penetration of a 1 inch penis in the centres since Crossy left. At least Bwaiff can offload, well sorta. He can hit a hole at times, probably his best asset to the team. A good option kicking the footy also.
