Two negatives are a positive. So if you are going to tell someone they are too negative perhaps if you add a comment about their ugliness then you may be construed as being positive

Something I just thought of. We've put all of our eggs into 1 basket this season by spending our entire cap. I personally think it will pay off... but what if it doesn't? We'll:
- Lose SBW (and potentially not even want him)
- Be stuck with Jennings playing $hit for another 3 years.
- Lose Mortimer and not want Pearce or Maloney... so basically have no halves.
- Be jack of our coach before he's even started (and miss out on Bellamy.)
- Have SFA left in the coffers to do anything about it.

Biiiig risk we've taken this year!!! All or nothing IMO...

The way that I see it is in 2010 we took a hell of a lot more risks than in this preseason.

We signed a 5/8th for 3 yrs, when he had continually fallen off the bandwagon at his old club,

We signed a coach who had never won a NRL premiership in his coaching career and was unanimous with his silly mind games,

We signed a veteran prop (Ryles) who was over 30 yrs and had been one of the most hated players at his old club, the dragons. He had the reputation of being ill-disciplined and giving away stupid penalties.

We had persisted with a man who had taken a crap in a hotel corridor and only really played 3 good games a year....for QLD.

We had signed a fringe forward in Conn who was injury prone.

We still had Anasta at our club, even though he had shown no promising signs since when he started in 06'.

Our only real positive was the removal of Willie Wanker.

The way I see it, this year has a lot more promise than the start of 2010

all this negativity is a positive sign of positive negativity surrounding the positive influence superstars like jennings and sonny bill can bring to a club
