    I reckon that's wishful thinking.

He's too composed for second year syndrome.

    He's quality.

Last good game I remember SKD having was the Tigers qualifying final where he scored the match winner.

Hoping to fcuk he turns it around this year.

      His defence is woeful.

SKD wasn't the only one to have a bad game - the whole NRL Allstars team did.
Daley did well with his team and that is a good sign for all Blues supporters (probably wishful thinking on my half).

Yes you can't sugarcoat it boys. SKDs defense was ordinary to say the least. The game might be irrelevant but his performance on the field is..all that offseason work isnt amounting to much.

Laurie "Loz" Daley did well with Queensland players.

He needs to be coached in defence in a cool, calm and rational manner.
That's what the coach is for.

Come on!!! do you all seriously think anyone besides the koori players were gunna risk an injury for a game that means nothing to them? didnt think so
players were pulling out of tackles in the last split second, it was obvious the all starts didnt turn up to play, legit they had no intention of playing... Robbo would have specifically told SKD " DONT GET INJURED"

                            Composed, yes.

Not too sure he is quality.

I don't think I've seen him put someone through a gap or throw a quality long ball.

Then again, very few can these days.

Perhaps, but I think it had more to do with Thurstons skill and playing ability (and Barba's hat-trick) than anything else.

I support QLD and I'm sure Mal Meninga does a great job of inspiring the team, but a team with the skill level of the players he has at his disposal doesn't need much coaching.

And the NRL all stars were terrible last night. Adam who? Even Benji was quiet.

i just don't understand it sometimes. i don't know where youre from chris, but why would you be a roosters supporter and a queensland supporter? its the same as supporting the cowboys and new south wales. its essentially the same as supporting the waratahs and supporting the all blacks.
