a real shame not to see him play for us but alas time will tell if he is any good without the injuries.
went to the news riff site, panther den and some other riff forum and noone is overly excited about the cherro deal1911 1912 1913 1923 1935 1936 1937 1940 1945 1974 1975 2002 2013 2018 2019 2020

Hopefully the short-term gain of LOD isnt lost long-term with Bosden moving on to greener pastures and that instead, he learns and develops under LOD. Throw in young langi who has massive potential as a lock forward and our backrow is looking seriously good
There are real similarities btw Daniel Conn & Bosden. Conn had a wonderful season in 2010 under Robbo's tutelage & expect the same from Bosden when given the chance to shine. IMO he's an ideal bench player.

"Another big off-season recruit - Michael Jennings - will also turn out for his new club when the Sydney Roosters face Manly in Gosford.
The Roosters, however, have scratched Anthony Cherrington from their squad after the second-rower agreed to a one-year deal with Penrith yesterday.
Having recruited Cherrington to Bondi when he was associated with the Roosters several years ago, Panthers boss Phil Gould was keen to lure the 24-year-old to Centrebet Stadium.
Cherrington becomes the 15th player to sign for Penrith, who will tackle New Zealand Warriors in Hamilton tonight."

The most reliable person here says he is going so that is good enough for me.

Smiling that after many aborted attempts the Roosters have finally managed to offload the great myth that is Cherrington.
I suspect that Cherro will be as successful at the Riff as the last injury prone forward with 'pootential' we offloaded to them - Steve Naughton. Remember him?
