Agreed, Foxtel is a parasite. F#ck Foxtel. We've assembled a good roster, got a good coach. I believe that most Roosters fans will now ha ve confidence that this mighty team can put up a fight and give their money's worth.

This is the reason 2011 and 2012's attendance was low. Pay $50 to see the team get put 30 on them.

Interesting tid bit from our favourite reporter Danny The Man Weilder.

      Glamour gone AWOL
The Roosters have scrapped plans for a glamorous season launch for Sonny Bill Williams. There was a line of thinking that they would parade SBW at the ever-fashionable North Bondi Italian restaurant to create a picture opportunity. The Roosters coaching staff put a stop to that - they are keen for him to have a low-key entry and be one of the boys.

He may be only a rookie, but Robbo is impressing the hell out of me.

      Chook.

I read that too. There will still be the season launch and also now this from the front page of the official website. I wonder who will be SBW's new sponsor:

If SBW is only just starting tackling drills etc then he must be in some doubt to take on souffs surely.

he looked fine at training yesterday, strong hitups and throwing himself around in defense

if it is true Bosden has popped his shoulder at training today there is no way they will risk SBW for the foundation cup.

Big time. Very smart play to keep Sonny away from the spotlight where possible. Robbo said something the other day about the team as a whole being the focus, which is exactly what needs to happen. There'll be a lot of pressure on Sonny when he takes the field for the first time, but once that first game is out of the way, it will lessen.
