      Horry, nerve damage in wrist/arm/shoulder?

great to hear it isn't too serious, wasn't it nerve damage in the shoulder/neck area that finished Dwyer's career

Dwyer's injury is pretty severe though. A lot of the nerves from his spinal column that control arm/hand movement were seriously damaged/torn.
A real shame from a NSW point of view.

          • I find it strange how people complain about the young talent we have gotten rid of. Taka played 29 games since 2010. Symonds has played 27 games since 2009 and Cherro has played 19 since 2008, I thinks its about time we cut them they were just draining the salary cap. In saying that, i do wish them the best in their future prospects!

couldnt agree more, they had plenty of time to prove themselves & wish em luck

Patched up cherro until he was healthy enough mentally as well & Tom has got it all ahead its not like the club treated them like shite

fresh start for all involved, bout time we sent talent to Manly, we have scored some of their best young talent in recent times

peeps here carry on like a bunch of sooks, move on !!!!

                Agree.
Looks like we have a new crop of youngster coming through, Langi for one, who wont take up as much cap space as the three we released.
Good luck Tommy, all the best mate

Good luck to Tommy. he had his chance.

Based on past history. When the club would need Tommy to play he would already be injured.
