Yes Manly have been strong for a decade now but have they been strong their entire 60+ years? From the time Freddy left Penrith & joined the Roosters, Penrith have been the Roosters bogey team IMO.
Next would be the Bulldogs.

Manly arn't our bogey team they have just been better than the Roosters over the last 7 to 8 years. When Des first took over Manly the Roosters were the best side in the League under Sticky & used to smash them.

There are a couple of teams that we struggle against but I'd have to go with Penrith. No matter how weak they seem or how good we are travelling they always seem to trouble us!
