Horry posted the club has said they only have 9000 seats left. That's more than a week before the game. Kinda blows the whole sleepy head theory away.
Dang I don't recall ever sleeping Thursday nights. After school or work we'd go to footy training then either out to a club or a poker night with the boys then home for a quick shower before school or work Friday. It was a given the weekend started on a Thursday.
What's wrong with the youth of today.
Ahhh.... Good times

This will be our biggest regular season crowd of all time, as well as our biggest televised audience outside of finals appearances. So clearly there will be enough people willing to be a little tired for work on friday for it not to matter.
We could very well have 3 x 40,000 home games this season (souffs, dogs, Saints on ANZAC day)

BUT NOW I HAVE PERFECTED DRINKING, A BOX AND A BIT AT A GOOD PARTY WILL DO IT FOR ME NOW.
Getting off the train and having to pass the brewery (gone now) with thick black sludge running down the road and still pissed myself was not the best fun a person could have, kinda ruined my day. So I'd buy a chicken schnitzel across from the train station and hold it to my nose and bolt down the street. Must've been a funny sight, thank fark there were no camera phones those days.
Saved me dry reaching all the way to work and made a nice hearty brekkie when I arrived at work.
Every time I get down that way I smile as I pass the area. The things we do.
The FlogPen .
You know it makes sense.
