I've gotta own up to being a big critic of Mitch Pearce especially after the origin series. But I have had my dose of humble pie over the last week. Well done young man, What a spine we now have!!!!!!

Could not have said it better.. BRAVO.. Mini has the safest hands in the league.. Great under pressure.. You never see him let that ball bounce.. He either catches it or stuffs up trying his guts out..some people on here seem to have to have someone to kick around on the team.. Just be happy and proud that we have a great team..2013 premiers is that not enough..... Go the Roosters..

That's it Rockastansky, Mini was so safe throughout the finals when it really counts, and has that great calming influence which is just so important in big games! He led our team brilliantly this year, and when he was out injured for those few weeks you could tell that the team missed him! Imo if Mini goes around again next year I would have him at fullback again, as I much prefer him there than wing. RTS was the best winger in the NRL this year, and we have just won a premiership with Mini at fullback and RTS on the wing, a winning formula so I can't see why that won't work again!
