Yeah we went about as well as I expected against excellent opposition.

Our attack was VERY strong. Jennings had some blinding runs... Kennedy kept smashing it down the middle (with FPN.)

The catch was any time we got a repeat set or had Souffs on the ropes, we'd get them out of gaol by conceding a penalty. Sorry but it wasn't the refs, it was really poor discipline (and I'm glad Robbo accepted that rather than calling it a big ref's conspiracy like Smith.)

Why? Because he'll hammer discipline into the boys and we'll rebound. About mid-season I expect us to gel as a team and become serious contenders in the second half of the season.

Right now we have a lot of new players/tactics that aren't working 100%... yet. Also I suspect Souffs are one of the teams to beat this season.
