Now those who saw MK debut and in his first seasons would agree he was as tough as they came, he was a powerhouse, however his injury has obviously affected his confidence, give the guy a chance, with some fitness, he will come good.
    Rubbish rubbish rubbish!
    He is fully recovered.
    That was long ago.
He is just a big pussy.

I'm willing to give him time.

Those bagging him because he is "soft", are probably those who said the same about Shillo. That worked out well.
When Shillo played for us he was soft. What's your point?

iknow mk fairly well as he used to take my daughter out for a bit, but asa he was on crutches she did the driving, a massive young man very intelligent articulate with a good sense of humour and before his leg problems a very effective prop. this is one player i wont bag as i see another side to him. yes he can eat well too, but even when he was on crutches and not playing he refused to have a beer during the season! one interesting thinkg about mk is that he keeps snakes as apets! not my idea of a cuddly toy, but it takes all kinds, hes also a very keen fisherman and very close to his family!

Geez for 30 minutes I thought he did pretty well when you consider we spent a lot of the time on our own line defending.

          26 tackles, 1 missed in 30 minutes.

I agree wholeheartedly that we need some more punch off the bench but Marty adds some good workrate.

I'm willing to persist for a few more rounds. Hopefully Tasi is back this week.

I am willing to give him 1 or two more weeks but just like FPN he seems to reserve his best games for the Tigers who are usually as weak as piss in the forwards.

We need TR to make him angry ASAP or he will be spending the majority of this season playing for the Jets.

How come no player ever "reserves his best" for the team we're playing that week? Never happens.

Shillo plays well when he plays for Queensland and Australia, when he's part of an awesome pack and team.

He's nothing special for the Raiders.

Do people actually think we should of matched what the Raiders paid him?

No we shouldn't have. I agree he doesn't really shine when playing for the Raiders too.
MK is going to struggle when Tasi is fit and when Evans and Nappa are ready for first grade.
Until then he has to lift his game. LOD isn't going to provide the go forward when Moa and JWH have there spells on the bench. I would like to see how ailiomi goes in FG. He may provide a bit of extra punch that MK hasn't been giving us from the bench in the mean time

I think he will go better when Tasi is fit. We need 2 props off the bench. MK was terrible against souths, but it is harder when your two starting props come off and are replaced by a prop and a back rower. That was really when Souths rolled over the top of us.

All I can say is Roosters fans are the biggest **** heads out there.

Seriously the amount of shit about changes etc this week is astronomically idiotic.

Sack him, drop him, move the janitor to centre, move the tea lady to fullback. Seriously have you guys noticed some of the absurd suggestions this week.

Most of us have no effing clue. Seriously.

Now that is said, we need to give every one of these 17 left, a chance to show they can click and the pre-season wasnt wasted.

If Roosters fans could stop for a moment, extract their hollow stupid heads out of their own arses, and let the team show what they are capable of, that would be a start. We demand patience of our playmakers, yet we dont have any ourselves.

If after 5 or 6 matches they arent perfroming, THEN we talk about dropping players.

At the momnet you have Souffs and Newcastle winning the comp - because were too dumb to think for yourselves so we swallow everything the dumbarse media tells us.

How will you handle it when Souffs start losing games, (and they will)? How will you be when we start winning games? Ill tell you......happy and back on the bandwagon.

If I was a betting man, Id be laying a wager Ankles hasnt stopped thinking about the bombed try, and the lack of venom in his runs. If I was a punter Id we betting he's filthy and itching to take on and prove his worth against the massive Kiwis this weekend.

Miniciello on the other hand, when is this idiot going to get out of the way!!!

How does a 120 kg prop play like such a sissy??? He got fended about 10 metres back by Inglis and he runs like he doesnt want to break his nails or ruin his hair! I bet he takes his footy boots in his handbag on gameday!!!
Isnt this the guy who tweeted he was so pumped for 2013 to come round? Oh please! Grow a set MK! Apart from JWH and Moa our forwards looked like lil kids against the Rabbits. And that was meant to be a 100 year rivalry. Right now i wish tommy radonikus was our coach so he could slap the taste out of MKs mouth! If he had half the courage of Cordner he would be the best prop in the world hands down! Hes the perfect mould for a great prop but has the heart of a flea! Did we name this fairy as our vice captain? Please tell me that was just a bad dream....
Not much of a chance to shine in attack when the penalties are 1-9 against you and all you're doing is tackling all night.
He was injured in a trial and was finding his way back?
Souths has a monster pack, Inglis is tall and 110kg, and fends off a whole lot of players.

i agree with what you are saying, but the mini bit at the end is a hipercritical dont you think.

no changes needed just a change in attitude. and a change in timeing for a few. minis only guilty of trying to be every where and that can be wholey blamed on smith.

What a stupid thread MK only played 31 minutes and gained more metres per minute than JWH.

JWH played 52 minutes for 108m and 33 tackles averaging 2.07metres gained per minute played and 0.63 tackles per minute played

Moa played 55 minutes for 106m and 22 tackles averaging 1.92metres gained per minute played and 0.4 tackles per minute played

JWH excellent and Moa very good and both are rightfully receiving praise around here

but take a look at Kennedy's stats below and I think it is amazing that he is being called things like softcock by a fair few people

Played 31 minutes 71 metres and 19 tackles averaging 2.29metres per minute played and 0.61 tackles per minute played
