this is just a question , im just wondering who youse would choose, would you keep rts and have high hopes for him and stay with him or would you swap him with greg inglis right now with his age and all?

I would swap Greg Inglis for any player we have at the club as I believe he is the best player in the rugby league world when he is played at fullbackComment

As much as I rate RTS and think in the next two to three seasons he may become a superstar, I would swap him now for Inglis. For the following four reasons in descending order.
(1) The Vermin then would have no chance of winning the comp.
(2) Being a swap, we would then get Inglis cheap and remain under the cap.
(3) Mini would have to play on the wing....and least importantly;

The most fulfilling thing for me is winning, not how many guys in the team we've developed. It's nice to bring guys through but it doesn't beat grand final week and winning comps.
I think RTS is going to be a very good player, maybe great, but even if he fulfils all his potential he still probably wont be as good as Inglis.
If we had Inglis in our team now we'd be bloody hard to stop. And I want to win now, not in four years.
So i'd take Ingils without a second thought.
P.S. In 6 years time when G.I. retires i'd use the cash freed up to buy RTS backComment
