Mini was good tonight, his catching of the high ball is second to none, sure he's lost speed but I'm not going to blame him for that dropped pass, it was just a typical Pearce no idea pass that was never going to achieve anything.
I'm not happy with the overall performance..

But i am going to celebrate a win..

I'm choosing to be happy when our side gets the 2 points..

Maubs can be put on the field anywhere from the bench or not and contribute...like his winning try tonite.
      He must stay.
Not sure about Mortimer...as he seems to spark the team in attack when he comes on.
He has mistakes in him but he also contributes to try scoring, as he did at the start of last season.
He can also cover many positions in case of injuries during a match.

      Kennedy played well tonite also.

Last year's team would have lost.

Friend is ok but only for half a game.. I agree with Mortimer offering a more potent attack and speed around the ruck and full credit to the coach with the timing of his entry.

Have to agree there, our kicking game is very ordinary in the oppositions half.
Our kickers need more patience, try to get consecutive sets of 6 via line drop outs etc.

That's a bit harsh on Lemon Goat.

True. My apologies to Lemon Goat.

What he said is exactly true...isn't it?
Look at the good try Maubs scored.

IMO he's of better use when coming on when the opposition is not fresh.

I don't agree with you Raymond. But I agree his short kicking game is disgraceful. He just cannot get a repeat set as his kicks all go dead.

Friend to Pearce then to whoever the passes are just so slow and both do so much defence they seem brain dead when they have the ball and Pearce should be told never to kick a ball -
