The difference is everyone else can accept Soward's 'form' was down the structure he played in and limited role he was given in the team. Their success was built on the back of defence and as such Soward had very little pressure to come up with any points. His 'form' was not a reflection of his ability.

Ability isn't just something that disappears over night (although you tried to claim Jesus took it), you either have it or you never did. In Soward's case it's the latter.

Time to accept you were wrong.

It's amazing what a form team and quality coach can do for a player. Soward is still the same player he was in 09 and 10, the difference is the coach and the squad. Pearce playing well with Carney is no different to Soward performing because of his team.. Neither player is a JT, that can carry a team. There are probably 2 or 3 in the comp that can do that consistantly.

You're right it is getting old. I agree there's little point in constantly bagging him but I don't agree you have to support every player just because they play for the club..... But it is still fact he has not been the player we all hoped and never will be. I wish we could all be proven wrong by him but I can't see it at this stage of his career. Happy to eat humble pie though.
