Heard an amazing stat during Cowboys/Storm game on Saturday night.

Apparently when leading under Craig Bellamy the Storm have gone on to win 154 out of 158 games. That's insane.

we've had some pretty shit years over the past few, whilst lol@souffs have enjoyed one of their most successful

keeping in mind they only have an extra 6 wins more than us in the past 5 years. That works out to be basically one win more than us per year, over the past 5. for all their supposed "success" and our lean past half decade, there's nothing in it and that's all they can muster

There's only 6 wins separating us and Souffs, that's nothing over a 5 year period.

In fact there's only ten wins separating 7th & 15th.

I find it odd that of the 16 teams, 11 have a -ve points differential. Suppose that means in the 6 year period most teams have some really bad years.

I hate it when we are always accused of trying to buy a premiership. The fact is, all 16 clubs try to buy premierships. The youth policy is flawed. All you get is inconsistent performances whilst the young player is developing, and once they develop into a decent 1st grader, you lose them to another club due to salary cap.

Actually that would probably provide more dispairing reading rather than cracking a smile ....... for no other reason than the stats of that period should point to winning more than just 1 premiership during that period of dominance !
