God that moment gave me a halfy
against the bulldogs. pretty much the only time we looked like scoring that game.

A good coach can take an ordinary spine and build a game plan around it's strengths.

Bennett and the 2010 Merge had a great kick chase, one sweeping backline movement and defence.
Hasler 2012 used his forwards as halves because he had Keating and Reynolds and neither are ball players.
Maquire has built a low risk game plan using Sutton as an edge forward and Reynolds kicking game and the cyborg at the back.

Robbo has instilled in our player group an attitude I haven't seen in a coons age. Couple that with SBW being ahead a schedule, Jennings is smiling and fist pumping, Maloney is playing out of his skin, Pearce is enjoying his footy again, our pigs are getting down and dirty, hell even Mini had a good game last Monday night.

Are we contenders, not yet, but we will be as long as we keep improving and don't believe the hype.

      Chook.

was interesting to hear the comments made by Matty Johns ?? last night, Robbo wants the players to think of themselves not scoring a try, but being the player to stop the opposition from scoring a try...

          That's awesome.

          Pride in defence.
