Starting to get pretty nervous. Canberra are always a tough ask at home but if we are the real deal this year we need to win... Anyone know if campease will be a late surprise call up?
Milford is playing NYC for Canberra today, so it will be interesting to see who comes in for him in first grade.
Interesting, Tim Gavel on ABC (very good for Canberra mail) said Milford was making his debut about an hour ago, Picker and McIlwrick were in for Thomspon and Buttriss too.
Michael Oldfield will make his debut for the Sydney Roosters tonight, with the speedster named to start on the wing in place of Daniel Tupou.
In the only other change to the starting side, fellow 2013 recruit Luke O'Donnell will start his first match in the Tricolours in the second row in place of the named Mitchell Aubusson who will start from the bench.
Aubusson will be alongside Dan Mortimer, Marty Kennedy and Isaac Liu in the reserves.

I dont actually think no tupou is such a bad thing. Considering the depth we have this year, players picking up niggly injuries giving someone else an opportunity is great because it means we get a chance early on to see everyone in contention play without having to actually drop anyone at the same time which means we will end up with the best side on the park without question when everyone gets back. Im sure everyone (including oldfield himself) is itching to see how he goes in our backline especially considering he was recruited to play a role and not run around in reserve grade
