Our D is solid but Canberras mistakes in attack are flattering us at the same time.

Disagree, They started VERY well and made some great plays on our line, it wasnt till we scored that they began to make errors, that was due to our defense and ability to come back and score first.

Yes, Canberra have been atrocious - but how good is our defense? 200+ minutes of Football with zero points scored against us. It really is quite remarkable and a huge turn around. Robbo has done an incredible job.

For those that missed, Canberra had 19 attempts at attacking our line and came up with zero tries. We had 3 attempts at attacking their line and came up with three tries.

As happy as I am with our performances, we are being flattered by inept opposition. A really good side would put the cleaners through us at the moment. It will build our confidence which is much needed.

Same here, his footwork at the line has been excellent, first tackler often slips off.

Ball control is paramount in Canberra, even this early in the season, its slippery & greasy conditions there, the theory is easy, hang on to the ball down there, and you come home with the money.

I agree, I'd love to see them keep Canberra scoreless, but 200+ minutes of scoreless football is a great achievement.

friend attempts a 40/20 and kicks it out on the full. imo I don't mind that. it shows he is trying to be innovative and looking to extend his kicking game. a good test to see if we can keep them out before half time.

Well said. Being given time is all new to Friend and his game is growing a lot atm. He just plain missed that kick, happens to the best 7's under less pressure.

Seems like we are giving away a lot of silly penalties, if they keep this up Raiders will make us pay, they are a young confidence team, if we let them in & boost their confidence they will switch on & they will be hard to stop, we cant let them get momentum.
