I disagree about him always being good with the forward pack now allowing him to show what he's capable of.
Prior to this season jake was the most frustrating Rooster over a number of years. He would show glimpses of class only to consistently stuff up, give away silly penalties, and go the mother****ing blind side every second play!
He's now all about quality, not quantity. His improvement this year has been amazing. Every touch has a bit of class about it now. There's no more head-banging moments of frustration in his game.
At the start of the year who would have traded him for Isaac Luke? Surely every Roosters fan alive. But now, I wouldn't trade Friendy for Luke in a million years. He's a far more complete hooker imo.
