End of season thoughts

Roosters
Best roosters game: vs Sharks (Toyota Park) In this game we took an early lead and although Cronulla tried to come at us in the 2nd half we held them off. Makes me wonder why we haven't done that all year

Worst roosters game: vs Panthers, Horrible result horrible wet cold night, and it took an hour each way to get there.

Most frustrating moment/s: The countless times, especially in the games against the dragons, warriors and cowboys where we took an early, sometimes seemingly irrepressable, lead but let the other team back into it. If they were too good, why did we get ahead of them in the 1st half?

Best player: Craig Fitzgibbon, shame he is leaving us, probably tried the best.

Worst player: Nate Myles, did nothing except embaress us.

Most improved Player: Mitchell Pearce, he keeps getting better and better every year.

Outside the roosters
Best game: The Dragons v Bulldogs earlier this year

Leagues best player/s: Hard to go past Johnathan Thurston and Mark Jennings.

Most frustrating moment/s of the season: When players depart the NRL to go overseas just for money

Finals predictions: I have to say the bulldogs will win the premiership, I think the dragons may be sliding at the moment

Most improved team: The vermin, they should have made the 8 but it was an improvement on last season and they may have a good year next year

Best roosters game: The last... marked the end of a frustrating season.

Worst roosters game: They're all a blur now...

Most frustrating moment/s: Just after the 1st bye that most teams got... I felt we were in form but needed a rest. We didn't get one (or the 2 points that comes with one)... I think that was one of the most solid early blows this season.

Best player: Craig Fitzgibbon... yeah look no argument there...

Worst player: Shackleton... not for his form, but for leaving us after we've paid for his bread through all his injuries. That was a real kick in the balls IMO...

Most improved Player: Minichiello? He actually played a few games this season at least! I jest... can't think of many who improved as the season went on...

Outside the roosters
Best game: Souths vs. Dragons... was good to see the Dragons suffer in their jocks.

Leagues best player/s: El Masri

Most frustrating moment/s of the season: First 1/2 because I kept getting my hopes up that we'd rebound, and backing our boys. Second 1/2 wasn't quite so bad because I was used to us getting cricket scores against us every game...

Finals predictions: Don't care TBH... don't want the Dragons or Dogs to win... Storm?

Most improved team: I agree... the Bunnies. They had a few disappointing spells and injuries to key players, but 10th... not a bad way to finish their season. That controversial draw they had early on potentially cost them a top 8 spot and a bucket of confidence (whistle blown while there was still time on the clock, although the bunnies were lining up a potentially match winning drop goal attempt.)

minichello has not improved a bit. he has possibly gone backwards. (ok becuase of his injuries) but if he doesnt work his ass off this off season he might turn out to be more of a liablility then an asset.

cant go past jake friend for most improved. this guy came out of no where and gave his all every week, and carried and overpaid bunch of us has beens.

Best roosters game: Round 21 vs Newcastle... we played like finals contenders. I think it was because Smith was watching, so hopefully they can play like that all next season... doubt it though. I foresee a few more bleak years.

Worst roosters game: Um, the games where we SHOULD have won. Round 3 vs Tigers, Round 6 vs Warriors, Round 14 vs Titans, Round 15 vs Cowboys, Round 19 vs Warriors, Round 22 vs Tigers and the game today, ESPECIALLY TODAY!

Most frustrating moment/s: Big leads and pissing them away. YOU IDIOTS.

Best player: Fitzy and Perrett.

Worst player: Sa and SKD, you are on my list. GET OUT OF OUR JERSEY!

Most improved Player: Perrett for sure. We are lucky to have him. He, I think will be our new Fitzy in terms of loyalty, sportsmanship and just being an overall good guy.

Outside the roosters

Best game: Tigers vs Eels Round 24.

Leagues best player/s: Hayne... WOW... just WOW, I love watching him.

Most frustrating moment/s of the season: Anytime we played.

Finals predictions: I would like to see the Eels win. Won't happen, but that is who I am cheering for.

Most improved team: The Eels and Titans.
