  • Disgraceful Behaviour Of Dragons Supporters

The behaviour of the Dragons supporters that attended our match yesterday, in what was supposed to be a day of celebration for Fizty's last match was completely unacceptable!

I have never come across such a cocky, stuck up, rude obnoxious, abusive bunch of footy supporters EVER at a football match.

I was astounded they went out of their way to attend our match yesterday in their Saints colours just to taunt us about our season from hell & our now wooden spoon compared to their supposed success.

These guys are real carrnts & came prepared to our match with bag fulls of wooden spoons, some of which they were "handing out", some of which they left on cars in the car parks and some of which they hurled at groups of our supporters as we were walking out of the stadium.

The spoons themselves were wooden and light but no supporters from any club (especially the kids who were indeed frightened) should have to deal with spoons hurled at them!

Their actions were unacceptable, and the complete lack of security on our way out and to our car was also very unprofessional but in all honesty unsurprising from our club after the year they have managed to put on for us.

I did get details of some of our other fans who wanted to make an official complaint maybe to our club or the NRL. Not sure what it would achieve? Regardless I hope these scummers choke and dont taste any further success this year or anytime soon.

        So what.
I do have a problem with them giving one to Fitzy, but you have to accept the fact that the Roosters are wooden spooners.
We give it to other teams that get it, so cop it on the chin and accept the fact we were crap this year.

It is what we won after all and i must admit if it were souffs in our position i would do the same thing including throwing them to crowe in his little box, im sure others on this forum would join me.

Blame the players for winning the spoon, we as fans will have to man up and accept the bashing from all and sundry

Harden up, winners are drinners, but whinging about it shows their torment worked.

We were 16-0 up for ****s sake, if our blokes were fair dinkum the merge fanswould have been travelling home with a bag full of spoons.

Accept the fact we were shit and deserve what we get.

Better still take a bag of nooses with ya to dragons game and hope they lose, them hand them out to their choking fans.

If you go to the Tab and say you want money on the St.George to win the premiership - They will know what you are talking about...

They have won it everytime we have the spoon haven't they...??

firstly, there's a reason why people hate st merge, their supporters are among the biggest dickheads on the planet. That said, I'm sure some on here would have done similar if they or Soufffffs won the spoon. so suck it up.

However the germ claiming to be an Easts fan for 30 years who tried to give Fitzy a spoon, what a wanker.

                          At least they attended.....

More than can be said for most Roosters.
