  • The fix

    Thinking deeper into it.

    Coaching staff all sacked.
    Trainer sacked.
Players leaving left right and centre.

    It wouldnt take much.
Only a handfull of players in on the action.

Scruples have not been in abundance down Bondi in the last 2 years that is for sure.
    barbarian ......arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!

Minichiello, Hauraki, FPN, SKD looked suspect.

True, I realised this after I hit "submit reply".

Seriously, what a farce this season has been.

Brian Smith has to start from scratch. I'd say 2010 will be another lean year. Hopefully he'll do what he did at Newcastle and get rid of all the rubbish. If he can sign a couple of marquee players for 2011 and combine them with the good players that we have for 2010 we should be able to make a run for the 8 in 2011. He must do a massive cleanout though which I'm sure he'll do.

Not only would I keep Mason, I'd make him captain.

                          dunno about the cull

isnt that the test of a good coach??

                          as far as Mason captain....
Well it could work in your favour.
Give him more perceived power cause the c has influence like it or not.

Mason has publicly stated he is not interested in being captain and I don't think he's one for doing something he doesn't want to do with grace. Therefore, Mason as captain won't happen and I for one would just like him to play to his potential and his earnings if he has to be a Rooster.

We can't keep changing captains. We gave Anasta the captaincy in order for him to be more responsible but that backfired I think. We need to choose one captain who will lead with his actions and appoint him. I'm sure Mason is the man for the job but you never know.
