            like it or not he he has influence.

            Misdirected
            annoying
            childish
            errant

            whatever the nature of the beast he does impact the behaviour of his team mates.
            Some hate him but he still influences them. Often to play poorly.
            If you could harness the madness into some kind of direction then it possibly could work in your favour.
            Much like putting blinkers on a horse.

            If that doesnt work send him to Isaac for some fatherly advice over a pina colada.

              It's his onfield leadership I have doubts about, not that he has a status amongst his peers. He's bound to be popular with our young blokes, given he likes a drink, a punt and a good time. Whether he is a good influence on them is another story.

              But making him captain as others are suggesting, is expecting on field leadership from the bloke, something I just don't believe he's capable of.

              The bloke has a short attention span as it is and is better off just concentrating on his own performances, and leaving on field leadership to a player more suited to it.
