Sold his soul for coin in the afl and was a complete failure.
Couldn't get "back into the game he loved" for the right price so joined the blah blahs.

Let the dogs have him, he'd fit right in over at Belmore.

    Chook.
Well he's showing up the Super 14 competition after a few months of rugby. He' a talent.

But he'd be too much dough.

    I'd go for a Morris.

Twelve - eighteen months ago I said we should sign him because we lacked star power. Today I say leave him alone. I would much rather us sign a couple of talented youngsters and upgrade contracts instead for the money it would take to attract Folau.

Mate it's not hard to shine in that comp. I've said for years out of the top 100 players playing NRL, 100 would be walk up Wallabies.

I agree I'd have either Morris over Folou.

        Chook.

I agree, NRL players have it all over their union counterparts.

But I also know it's not easy for NRL players to shine in union; particularly early on in their transition.

Mostly that's because there are too many players on the field, and the backs never get the ball. And it's a cluster-fcuk of idiotic ruck penalties and 3 point conversions.

But Folau is already carving them up.

            That's not easy.

its all becoming too much for me , throws me back to the days of peard, mayes, brass, harris, faifax, mullins, beetson, schubert, walters , morgan, coote, saddler that was a team capable of beating anything the applauded melbourne could throw at them!

The Salary cap is also increasing next season another couple of hundred thousand and will continue to do so until 2017.

I don't think we will sign Israel Folou, I imagine his asking price would be 500k minimum.

Money better spent in another Front Row forward/up and coming hooker and building our depth.

I would sign him as a winger for the right price. That probably isnt close to what he'll be commanding though.

Falou... Mr right place, at the right time man. His defence at centre is worse than SKD. Difference DEFENSIVELY is that he was surround by test players where SKD isn't.

Can jump. Can run. Is attacking strong. But give me a Morris brother any day. Give me Hurrell, give me Mansour any day over Falou.

And that's before you take into consideration what he and AFL TRIED to do to league in west. He's no Shinji Ono.....

Even if SBW stays, we still have SKD & mini that can go, easily afford him
