Highlight of the night for me for sure. Had a quiet game compared to previous weeks but the effort to chase back and drag Morris down then mini steal the ball was great to see.
I can't even picture our old 5/8 and illustrious leader ever showing that much effort late in a game apart from that field goal.

Though if not for Mini it would have been a T-R-I, tri.

I thought it was an excellent moment but I can't agree that he had a quiet game. Our back-rowers especially, totally rolled the Dragons but it was mainly off excellent ball from Maloney. I thought he was brilliant but yes, that tackle was a very special moment indeed. Something to remember.

Maloney was very good and that try saver with mini was special. Things are shaping up nicely and I think this team has more improvement in them as the season rolls forward.

Seeing that Maloney was involved in saving that try was a special moment. At the warriors he missed lots of tackles (not as bad as sandow, but defintely misses more than his fair share), but that moment showed his commitment in defence. A great moment.

The only thing more satisfying than being able to read a Roosters team sheet without seeing the names Anasta and Perrett is seeing the butt hurt on Soward's face after the game.

I'm thinking Anasta must have torn his groin in the bedroom, as there is no way that he would do it on a football field.

And to think a lot of people signed a petition to get the greek fool to stay, Maloney is in another stratosphere as a player compared to Anasta and it is also clear that Maloney is all about the team as opposed to the great pretender who was/is all about him!!

Never rated Anasta or Perrett, and it feels so great that they are gone and have been replaced by guys that are so so much better and will continue to get even better.

Anyone missing FPN?? I know I'm not, he is another one that I won't lose sleep over if he changes club. Although he can play (when he wants to), if he had half the heart and commitment of Sam Moa he could be one of the best forwards in the NRL.

Sorry for the negative post, we have a great team and are definitely going places it is going to be a great ride (and to think some people didn't want SBW at the Roosters lol!!!)
