How good is it to actually have someone in the team with natural speed ....there is no substitute for it.
But I am equally impressed with his defence, the way he reads it, and slides across without having to blindly rush out of the line in a panic to try and close it down. Our left side of defence is well and truly rock solid !

His quality defence is clearly rubbing off on Daniel Topou. There were several incidents close to our tryline where Tupou stayed on his man and allowed the team to scramble to stop a try.
      SUPER DRAGON!

Best performance from Jennings. He is a true centre. Attack was great, but defense was special yesterday

There have only been 2 tries down our right side this year. 1 of those was from a cross field bomb. Jennings & Maloney have been great in defense. Aside from the Souths game & the 2nd half debacle against the Raiders, I think Skd has improved a lot in defense.

And that try from a cross field bomb was Oldfield's fault (not a regular starter). I dare say toops would have snaffled it. The only thing I will say about our left side is that I wouldnt mind seeing guerra starting instead of aubbo. Not because I think he is better but I feel as though that edge is too small (aubbo, maloney, jennings) to start the game. In the opening exchanges there were a couple of runs that frizzel I think made where he was able to dominate the contact and make strong ground before a quick play the ball. guerra's bigger body on that side to start the game I think would help nullfiy the impact of someone like dave taylor or burgess running wide. Then bring aubbo on around 30 min mark for the rest of the game to inject that speed and mobility

Man he is good to watch. Definitely the type of player that crowds will come to see. He has made us look foolish plenty of times in the past - it is awesome to have such strike power on our team

I don't even think the fact that he is playing for us has even begun to sink in for me yet.
after he scored his both his tries I found I was thinking 'I still cant believe this guy is playing for us'.
I guess its a good thing.

I thought he was Man of the Match today..His defence has been outstanding, and he'd always been considered a bit weak in this area..

Jenko is the best centre we've had since Fat Hodgo..

Wonder how long it will take for the Riff Raff members to work out that Gus is our "Plant".

                        Keep em comin' Gus

                          Chook.
                          It was pure magic.

I don't even remember the last player we had who could just burn soemone like that. We've never seemed to have electric speed but he made a good player in Nightingale look silly.

Sometimes players just need a change of scene.

Christ knows its happened to a load of ex-Roosters who've excelled at new clubs.

Funny listening to Gus laud praise on Jenko yesterday, I was waiting for Rabs to say why the hell did you let him go then, but it must be off limits to discuss Gus's business I guess.

I was going to say the same thing, Gould was creaming his pants about Jennings.

A gift to his mate uncle Nick
