I thought the Warriors were getting Tomkins? He's not worth the asking price considering he's not proven in the NRL.

I don't believe we'll sign Tomkins but his manager coming out and saying he wants 1 million was nothing other than a ploy to let everyone know he's willing to come to the NRL with a ridiculous statement that would grab the headlines and get people talking.
I'd be surprised if he signs for anything more than 500-600k in the end.Comment
