  • SBW Reaction to JWH Send-Off

Really liked the way SBW stood up when Jared got sent off. He moved into the Middle and took the ball up hard and straight and showed the team which way to go.

True. I hadn't thought of it that way but he did become our hard man up the middle after the send off.

Good to see the way he took charge.

I loved the JWH reaction to the JWH send-off - on his way off the field yelling to the team "one set!"

I love the character of this team.

It is lovely the camaraderie Robbo has built within this team. something they've lacked for numerous years. it's clear they all want to work for each other. a very good culture and foundation in defence

supposedly only 15 missed tackles tonight, which is even lower than our very low 17.5~ missed tackles average per match

I am loving the attitude and sense of mateship and playing for each other that is evident in the Roosters this year.......I think the team is really building towards something special come the finals if the injury and suspension gods smile upon us. When one leader is off/or in this case sent-off another assumes the mantle of leading the team in the middle...in this case SBW

Sonny & Boyd both really stepped up, great on field leaders.

No surprise He did that in 04 against Penrith in the GF qualifier for 70 odd minutes when Steve Price did his medial in that game

SBW got my total repsect as a footy player that night many years ago

I always knew he was a great footballer. Tonight SBW showed he was a great Rooster.

That did not look like someone who is honoring a handshake or collecting a check.

I've got a feeling he might stick around.
