  • Where's all you Pearce doubters now?

Pearce was a standout in a tough game against a fired up cowboys outfit and the refs. That pass to Auby was sensational. So, where are you Reynolds lovers now?

People were well within their rights to bag Pearce. He's playing well now but I put most of that down to Maloney.

I wasn't one of those Pearce baggers but he was playing bad and deserved criticism, today he played well and deserves praise. Stupid thread.

I thought their kicking game shat on ours. Pearce really needs to watch Thurston play.

Apart from that he was good with limited opportunities. If RTS gives it to him instead of Sonny Bill, it would of been an easier affair.

With that thinking, his poor performances were a result of Anasta.

It was expected considering we weren't making as much metres as them but close to the line thurston had nothing, Pearce looked more dangerous.

I actually thought he was the MOTM tonight.

Pearce was good tonight but 1 or 2 games don't make a season and that's always been his problem consistency.

He just needs to tidy up is kicking game, I would like to see him roll the ball more in his kicks like JT

Most of them are at Redfern looking for their metho as we speak.

Pearce's kicking game has been very good all season. He rarely finds the opposition on the full and his bombs have allowed us to keep the opposition deep within their own half so that we can win the territory battle.

It is far too easy to blame a halfback for poor results when the forward pack do not complete their job every week. People have said that he played poor last season yet why did he comprehensively lead his halves partner and most other halves in the competition in linebreak assists and try assists?

                        Two things.

                        1. That was a brilliant pass to Aubo from Pearce for his try.

                        2. We got one repeat set from a drop out to 7 (I think) for them. Pearce can pass but cannot kick offensively.

Thurston was kicking on the back of a forward pack who were dominating... perspective, please!

Not many have perspective on here tbh. They want internationals from 1-17. Sad reality is these people carry on like this in public. Example last night with one member from here carrying like a peanut on a streaming site chat window about refs like he/she does here.
