Should Sims have been given 10?

I'm just using it to highlight the inconsistency of the officiating. JWH got sent off last week (Against another prop). Last night Dave Taylor near took Peter Wallace's (120kg monster v weedy half) head off and only got a penalty.

Bird was given 10 because the Titans had given away 10 straight penalties and were showing a lack of respect for the rules of the game.

Sims shot wasn't high and not penalised so no idea why he would receive 10.

Absolute joke we would've been penalised for sure and certain the refs tried their hardest to win it for the Cowboys but we have this unbelievable belief something we haven't seen for 10 years.

So you're saying that Bird wasn't marched for an illegal shot but rather because it was overly aggressive?

Sims should not have been binned, but he should have been penalised for a high shot, as the replay clearly shows it was high.

Bird was marched because they received multiple penalties in a row which were all reckless. The Titans kept breaking the rules and the ref had no choice but to bin him in an attempt to scare to Titans and stop them from being aggressively tackling high countless times.

I noticed that also,clearly offside but let go as per usual.
I even waited for the tackle count to end expecting the advantage but no whistle..Clearly a bad miss which could of cost us!

It was clearly audible that the referees called Thurston onside.
