I assume they are waiting for the judicial verdict to then make sure there is no way he can dipute his sacking... That's my hope..

You're assuming it'll be a guilty verdict...what if he gets off? If the club were going to sack him they would have done it by now imo.

Sa will be a Rooster in 2010.

Heard from a player Sa has already been given his marching orders. The club won't anounce it until after the matter has been dealt with buy the courts.

Roosters management had to sack him otherwise they would have looked like hypocritical lilly-livered weaklings. Watch the farker go on now and rip it up at another club because he got the "wake up call" and "took a long hard look at m'self eh bro?"

So what happens if the court case drags on for months and possibly into next year? The Roosters continue to say nothing and then all of a sudden he just appears at another Club at in some yawnion team??

Sydney Roosters' Setaimata Sa banned from Coogee bay Hotel

                      September 23, 2009

Sydney Roosters utility Setaimata Sa has been banned from being drunk in public or attending the Coogee Bay Hotel under altered bail conditions.
Sa was charged with assaulting a female police officer, resisting arrest, failing to leave a licensed premises and damaging property following an allegedly alcohol-fuelled incident at the Sydney hotel in August.

The 22-year-old New Zealand international faced Waverley Local Court on Wednesday when his bail conditions were varied.

He was initially banned from consuming alcohol or entering a licensed premises, however those conditions were removed and replaced with a ban on him being intoxicated in a public place or attending the Coogee Bay Hotel, in Sydney's east.

According to court documents, Sa was refused entry to the hotel just before 10pm (AEST) on August 30 because he was drunk.

However, he allegedly refused to leave and police were called.

He then allegedly assaulted a female constable who was attempting to arrest him.

Sa has also been charged with intentionally or recklessly breaking a side window of the hotel during the incident.

He is due in the same court on October 14.
