their centres and wingers are way out of depth compared to our guys.

Widdop has been ordinary since signing with the merge.

Who wants to make a bet that Ryles won't get a single penalty now he is playing against us.
    Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

You've got to fancy Toups to be able to get over Fonua and bag a couple....might be worth a tickle as first try scorer.

They dont face each other unless they compete in the middle under the posts....

SKD, now there's a dark horse at long odds, Blair & Fonua are weak as pi$$ on that side

Carn Sean do the Fergie ma man!!!!!

That would involve Souths losing... I'd love to see it but they will probably beat the Sharks (minus Gallen and possibly a few others.)

IMO missing Moa and JWH has hit us hard. Really unfortunate because they were our 2 power houses... LOD and Kennedy simply aren't as tough.

Hopefully we win... good to see Ryles and Sissy W@nker up against us for a bit of motivation. IMO Gronk is over-rated and Melbourne/QLD will get it handed to them this year by Pearce/Maloney.

Gronk is awesome at repeat sets by kicking early and always looking at whats in front of him if the line comes up he kicks no matter what tackle it is. His cross kicks are 1st bar no one.

They are obviously very very well coached, they have a quite a few guys that wouldn't make our first grade team.

                          Or any for that matter.

The following players were fringe firstgraders at their old club

The big three are the key in this encounter. If we can slow down the ruck speed we can contain them. MK will be the guy we look for to do this. Notice that he made over 30 tackles on Monday. He may be developing into a Tolman like front rower.

If given the opportunity, I would take Tolman over MK every day of every week of every year. Ever since he tripped and dropped the ball from the kick-off against the Bulldogs... i've wanted him gone.

If he can turn himself into a tackling, hard hitting, no soft penalty giving, no random drop balling machine... It might renew some faith.

The coach won't let him turn into one. His Job when JWH and Moa are fit is to come off the bench. You don't put toilers on the bench, you put impact players there to make a difference when they come on.
