                      Klemmer at the dogs is in the same boat

                      The dogs promoted him too soon & he's now suffering from it, confidence, injuries etc

                      You cant rush young props

                      Brenton Lawrence at Manly is a great example of late development = top notch performance

                        George Burgess spent the majority of lsat year in the NSW Cup last year and he's handled the step up quite easily. I definitely think it's the way to go.

                              Great post.

                              Just shows what a bit of time playing with men at a slower pace and much less pressure can do to many young blokes, especially forwards.

                              They can make a lot of their mistakes away rom the spotlight. It can swallow and spit out talent, 1st grade, when someone isn't quite ready for it.

                              That's why I always bang on about getting a proper aligned reserve grade comp going.
