Pearce has the worst kicking game in the comp of any halfback so im not going to criticise him for a poor kicking game. It's one area we're miles behind Melbourne and Souths which is we're we'll fall short come the end of the season.

IM not, to beat the best teams, to win the big games you need to have at least one big play in you as a halfback, a leader, or at least try a big play, if he farks up trying something, i would honestly find it hard to criticise, but he did SFA, he didnt have a go, that is the most disappointing thing.

Reynolds is a much better halfback than Pearce. No doubt about that. Their most important quality these days is a kicking game and one has the best kicking game in the comp and one the worst.

But i still feel that we finally have the team around Pearce to win a comp. He's never good enough to lead us to a title; but im confident that we now have enough pieces in place to still be a chance.

Dont forget we were missing our two starting props tonight. Thats a crucial loss right there.

Haha fair point after re-reading it.

What i mean is that i can't criticise the fella for something he can't help.

Pearce couldn't put in a good attacking grubber if he tried. Lord knows he probably practices hours upon hours on it but he's just not capable.

So i dont wanna be too harsh on the kid over something he doesn't have the talent to do. His passing gameand defense is his strength so if he ****s up in those areas then i'll criticise him.
