Let us hope this isn't the cast next season.

From our 2009 SG Ball side, Ethan Lowe played for QLD U18s, Boyd Cordner played for NSW U18s, Jacob Miller played for NSW U18s and Australian Schoolboys, and Cheyse Blair played for Australian Schoolboys. I'm sure most of them (not sure about Ethan Lowe) are still eligible for SG Ball next year too - they are 1992-born.

They are all tremendous talents, I would hate to see the club lose any of them. Miller is a half/centre similar to Ben Jones, but with a little bit more size and consistency. Lowe is a strong running lock-forward with a top defensive game. Blair is a rangy outside back with a tonne of pace. And Boyd...well he is just a beast.

Expect to see Samsom Manu'a (prop) from the SG Ball team move up to our NYC team next year, with Andrew Clayton moving to the Broncos.

Just back on topic for a moment but like a lot of you I watched JWH closely last night and have to say I like what he does for the most part because he plays with a bit of aggression and competitiveness which the Roosters need so I hope he is a permanent fixture in FG on that basis alone.
      GO JWH !!!

For his age, he doesn't look out of his depth at all.

He seems to play like a seasoned first-grader, albeit with a hell of a temper.

Runs hard, hits hard, and seems physically comfortable in first grade.

I noticed this when Manly were leaving the dressing room on last nights coverage. JWH didn't seem to have any trouble yelling out encouragement to all the guys, I hope he does well for us next year.

Mack the interesting news is that the Roosters are taking back HM and SG Ball (Def HM anyway)
IF they do it right it will be good, if the don't treat it with the serisousness that it deserves it will be a waste of time

He showed some good aggression on Fri night. Needs a bit more control, that'll come with experience.

BUT, what's with the Bogan haircut, are they coming back into fashion?
He wouldn't look out of place in a flanny, next to Brett White.

I miust say straight our that Jared Waerea-Hargreaves was very good, he rins the ball hard and tackles hard. I love that agression in him which is just what the roosters need a bit of ****in grunt in them. Im confident he will tear it up next year. I hope he doesnt change a thing! Whatta buy i must say !

Did you not see how well he played last week for Manly. Everytime he had the ball he ran hard, sorry to say but he runs harder than what mason or fpn does. Im glad we got him on the 3/4 year deal. his young, energetic, has so miuch power which will be perfect for our go forward. beautiful purchasei i think.
