I'm now convinced that I am no fan of Origin. In the four year or so that Roy and H.G. have been gone, I've not watched it. And that has nothing to do with NSW not winning.

Now I'm just going to be paying attention because two of our strike weapons could be injured.

Dont work yourself up about who puts what emphasis on what You have no control over it. To be hones i wouldnt even know the thing is on if it were not for all the stuff on here about it That is how much attention I pay to it all Apart from Pearce and Maloney i dont even know who is really in the teams I suppose I will ,look at the newspaper on game day and check it out then

Now if you wish to avoid the churchillian speech of Gould but still watch the game Then I suggest you tune in to channel 9 after 8pm It should be over By then If you dont want to hear the commentary team which seem to annoy many here turn the sound down put some music on

This year I will have Origin on the tv with minimal or no sound and My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic on the computer for my Daughter Hopefully The Return of Discord and the Elements of Harmony episode as that is my personal favourite

I think Adam Reynolds should be there.

He has the skills needed for Origin.

I also cannot understand why Idris wasn't drafted in. In great form, has X factor and covers a few positions.

Remember when he joined the Titans they were saying part of the deal was him doing kids TV. That never happened. Hope he is still under the cap....

I would have picked Maloney at 7 and carney at 6, I feel at times Jimmy is the 7 and Pearce is the 6 for us

The form halves are Carney and Reynolds. Carney has a great running game and Reynolds has a great kicking game. Both are goal kickers too. However in origin they would be heavily targeted in defence.

I would be more than happy for these two to be the nsw halves - if only so I can watch SOO without worrying that one of our halves will get injured.

I think Pearce and Maloney will do fine though. Their biggest weakness is the kicking / 5th tackle option. Farah will help with this though.
