We got beat because the other team were simply luckier. They played great nz. Defended well. But two of our attacking kicks led directly to them running the length. SKD, waving his arm around like he does, over the line, allowing the fullback to knock it out. There is another 6 points. U reckon that was Elliots coaching? U reckon the two length of the field trys from a ricochet and the tap down was coz of coaching ? What utter bullshit.

Both teams were very even and competitive. We just got outlucked. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Robbo got out-coached last night ,no matter how you look at it..

We got a lot more repeat sets and had them on the ropes from a tactical perspective.

It was execution that let us down. And no, not just SKD. BUT if SKD had scored, we would have broken them IMO.

We were getting multiple repeat sets... more tries would have come. Unfortunately our plays didn't "stick" and they took full advantage of our errors.

I don't need to pull my head in. I don't claim to be a fg coach. Some of u need to watch the replay to see how winnable ( there's another word I made up STSAE I think . ) the game actually was . A couple of ricochets and back luck killed us. When has Elliot ever out coached anyone.

Nope wasn't in the sheds and never seen SBWs knee. But to say Elliot has outcoached is plain dribble.

Look I think some of you have taken my original (I think it was either me or HIG) who commented that we thought Elliot out coached Robbo this week, and probably in game one earlier in the year.

We definitely don't want Elliot out or Robbo gone.

And we aren't saying its fact, but it looked to me at least that they had our measure again and we were pretty lucky to be in the game.

I don't have a problem with our coach being taught a lesson on occasion, it's all good, like the team it's a learning process.

Elliot is a crafty experienced coach. He motivated them well and has obviously picked up how and where to attack our weaknesses. And his team executed his plan to perfection.

On top of that I don't actually think we were that bad, certainly better than the week before.

Their defence was very good and when we got frustrated some of them reverted back to last year and overplayed it. We don't have the coolest players under pressure and they got us by keeping the pressure up and capitalising on our errors.

It's smart coaching by Elliot.

As HIG said earlier, I bet Robbo learns more from this weeks loss over the Watsamatta win.
