Just back to Blake Ferguson, all this innuendo about IF he is found guilty that he will then be a registered sex offender I find misleading.

To my knowledge he has been charged with Indecent Assault not sexual assault.

Indecent assault can include acts that some may not consider as an offence such as:
Kissing someone without their consent, or touching someone without their consent, or who might not be consenting.

Sexual assault offences can cover more serious matters, such as rape, attempted rape, sexual intercourse without consent, aggravated sexual offences.
