They would need NRL permission to play him and they may not give it, with Arona still available, and having already played this year. Depends whether the NRL consider Evans and Arona as being players who play the same type of position. It is ridiculous that they would have a say on who we pick tonight but that is the stupidity of the current second tier cap.
