Spot on, but if you go back to Round One O'Donnell, Cordner and Tasi were injured memory and Napa was in trouble for being late to training or something like that, so he had the choice of Arona, Liu and Evans. At that time Evans was considered too green so he went with Arona. In retrospect if Liu had played we'd be in a lot better position with regards to the second tier cap as you say, especially as Arona missed four tackles that game in 20 minutes and seems to have fallen right out of favour since. Tonight though, if SBW can't play and he decides to play Cordner at five eighth, Arona might have to play as the NRL may decide not to allow us to play Evans ahead of Arona, and the NRL should not be picking teams like that in my opinion.
